VERTICAL MULTISTAGE INLINE PUMPS
A vertical multistage inline pump from Mannen Pumps and Valves is designed with multiple impellers mounted on a single shaft. Fluid enters the pump through the inlet and flows into the eye of the first impeller. Powered by an electric motor, the impeller’s rotational motion directs the fluid toward the outer tips of its vanes, where it transitions into the stage diffuser. The diffuser channels the fluid efficiently into the suction eye of the subsequent impeller. This process repeats through each stage, progressively increasing the discharge pressure as the fluid moves through the pump. Finally, the fluid exits the pump at the discharge point, delivering high pressure and efficiency for demanding applications.
